An authenticated malicious local user with access to the log files may obtain the exposed information to use it in further attacks.

Dell EMC Networking X-Series firmware versions 3.0.1.2 and older, Dell EMC Networking PC5500 firmware versions 4.1.0.22 and older and Dell EMC PowerEdge VRTX Switch Modules firmware versions 2.0.0.77 and older contain an information disclosure vulnerability. A remote unauthenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to retrieve sensitive data by sending a specially crafted request to the affected endpoints.

Dell EMC Avamar Server contains an open redirect vulnerability. A remote unauthenticated attacker may exploit this vulnerability to redirect application users to arbitrary web URLs by tricking the victim users to click on maliciously crafted links.

Dell EMC Isilon OneFS versions prior to 8.2.0 contain an unauthorized access vulnerability due to a lack of thorough authorization checks when SyncIQ is licensed, but encrypted syncs are not marked as required. When this happens, loss of control of the cluster can occur.

Dell Security Management Server versions prior to 10.2.10 contain a Java RMI Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability. When the server is exposed to the internet and Windows Firewall is disabled, a remote unauthenticated attacker may exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted RMI request to execute arbitrary code on the target host.

Affected Dell Client platforms contain a BIOS Setup configuration authentication bypass vulnerability in the pre-boot Intel Rapid Storage Response Technology (iRST) Manager menu. An attacker with physical access to the system could perform unauthorized changes to the BIOS Setup configuration settings without requiring the BIOS Admin password by selecting the Optimized Defaults option in the pre-boot iRST Manager.

Dell Client Consumer and Commercial Platforms contain an Arbitrary File Overwrite Vulnerability. The vulnerability is limited to the Dell Firmware Update Utility during the time window while being executed by an administrator. During this time window, a locally authenticated low-privileged malicious user could exploit this vulnerability by tricking an administrator into overwriting arbitrary files via a symlink attack. The vulnerability does not affect the actual binary payload that the update utility delivers.

Dell EMC OpenManage Enterprise (OME) versions prior to 3.2 and OpenManage Enterprise-Modular (OME-M) versions prior to 1.10.00 contain an injection vulnerability. A remote authenticated malicious user with low privileges could potentially exploit this vulnerability to gain access to sensitive information or cause denial-of-service.
