The shmop functions in PHP before 4.4.5, and before 5.2.1 in the 5.x series, do not verify that their arguments correspond to a shmop resource, which allows context-dependent attackers to read and write arbitrary memory locations via arguments associated with an inappropriate resource, as demonstrated by a GD Image resource.

The Hypervisor in Microsoft Xbox 360 kernel 4532 and 4548 does not properly verify the parameters passed to the syscall dispatcher, which allows attackers with physical access to bypass code-signing requirements and execute arbitrary code.

cmdmon.sys in Comodo Firewall Pro (formerly Comodo Personal Firewall) before 2.4.16.174 does not validate arguments that originate in user mode for the (1) NtConnectPort and (2) NtCreatePort hooked SSDT functions, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (system crash) and possibly gain privileges via invalid arguments.
