A flaw was found in the Linux Kernel in versions after 4.5-rc1 in the way mremap handled DAX Huge Pages. This flaw allows a local attacker with access to a DAX enabled storage to escalate their privileges on the system.

Triangle MicroWorks SCADA Data Gateway 3.02.0697 through 4.0.122, 2.41.0213 through 4.0.122 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code due to the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in a type confusion condition. The type inference system allows the compilation of functions that can cause type confusions between arbitrary objects when compiled through the IonMonkey just-in-time (JIT) compiler and when the constructor function is entered through on-stack replacement (OSR). This allows for possible arbitrary reading and writing of objects during an exploitable crash. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 60.6, Firefox ESR < 60.6, and Firefox < 66.
