The software interfaces to ASP and SMU may not enforce the SNP memory security policy resulting in a potential loss of integrity of guest memory in a confidential compute environment.

Mozilla developers Paul Adenot and the Mozilla Fuzzing Team reported memory safety bugs present in Firefox 96 and Firefox ESR 91.5. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 97, Thunderbird < 91.6, and Firefox ESR < 91.6.

A memory consumption issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in tvOS 15.4, iOS 15.4 and iPadOS 15.4, iTunes 12.12.3 for Windows, watchOS 8.5, macOS Monterey 12.3. Processing a maliciously crafted image may lead to heap corruption.

Dell PowerEdge Server BIOS and Dell Precision Workstation 7910 and 7920 Rack BIOS contain an Improper SMM communication buffer verification vulnerability. A Local High Privileged attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability leading to arbitrary writes or denial of service.
